If players in Hi-Sec didn’t go into Low or null before…how will this change that?
They will just go to the remaining Hi-sec areas.
Those new low-sec systems will just end up like the rest of low-sec…unused.
Surprising most don’t see this as a probable outcome.
I guess with all the new ore they are trying to throw a little resource war/faction war and pve together. E for effort.

It is . . . . possible . . . that the new lowsec Triglavian systems will eventually get some kind of desirable PVE content that will lure people into it.
Be funny when they turn into Trig Highsec and they become the starting systems for the new faction.

That would make a lot of sense actually. I’m not really a fan of it as I prefer the original 4 factions and their struggle between each other (which has been “forgotten” and downplayed a lot recently). But it WOULD make a lot of sense.
People are saying “Trig lovers shouldnt dock in Empire Stations!”
These people seem ok with not being allowed to dock in Trig stations.
It wasn’t downplayed. Faction warfare is still there. But it was abused to farm LP to isk and became nothing more. And it always ends up with one side on top till the winning side wants to farm LP on the loosing side. Basically trading system for profit made Faction Warfare irrelevant. And its mush easier to do with the new Invasion mechanics atm.

I imagine as more systems get flipped, they get crowded in fewer and fewer high sec systems. In the end they either quit or decide to push back and try to regain some space, and some sort of balance will be reached depending on the ratio of high/low sec players that are actively working to gain space.
Hanging around the forum telling other people how to play instead of playing the game themselves?

It’s a good trend. High sec should dwindle. Ideally, high sec would be limited to starter systems and systems within a 2-3 jump radius, the dog’s breakfast that is low sec would be eliminated, and everything else would be nullsec. Players would then become used to the “risk” of nullsec environments sooner, and become better players in the process while more interesting risk/reward scenarios could be implemented. The current system is stale, and there is simply far too much high sec space in the game.

Referring to a post earlier in the thread, the salt water level is currently at hip wader level, lifeboat deployment is predicted within the next 24 hours.

I thought it was Sole, the owner of the quickest report finger on the forum. The post in question could easily be misinterpreted by a permanently angry and not very bright forumite as calling Sole a Balos alt.

There are roughly 1,000 high sec systems and 6,500 low, null, and wormhole systems. High sec is a very small part of the game.
Even if the Trig invasion flipped a high sec system every single day, it would take 3 years to flip all of high sec…
Look at the low-sec systems with invasions. Not moving either way. Look at the hi-sec that was flipped. Hasn’t moved.
Seems the trig support force is as risk averse as hi-sec.
Stay docked if you don’t like pvp
