The gate to Sivala

I get that as a line member you’re easily confused.

Aiko creates content regularly for EVE players.

Ya’ll and Cilla merely piggy back on it mostly.

And who or what’s a Ya’ll,

But yes content is important and more importantly the right content, the wrong can damage many thing’s

Can you tell us what is the right content, and what is the wrong?

I think Yall may well be a colonial utteration that approximates the effect of " You Chaps"
I’ll need to refer to my phrase book

Aiko’s content is TOS supported gameplay.

What is it damaging exactly?

But some seem to think they have some sort of monopoly on ‘creating content’. As far as I’m concerned, every single thing that happens in the game, including logging in and appearing on someone else’s Local, is content. Some content is more interesting than others, and some generates ( or destroys ) more ISK than others, but there really is no such thing as ’ I’m creating content and you’re not’.

That’s right.

Even if all you do is AFK, you are creating content. You are just as important and relevant as everyone else, and you deserve a participation trophy.

An you don’t consider multiboxing to be AFK ? In the literal technical sense a person may be ‘at their keyboard’, but if they are not always looking at a particular screen then they are just as much ‘AFK’ as anyone watching Home & Away with Eve minimised.

Sorry Cilly, I don’t find you relevant enough to respond. Like most EvE players, I have no interest in a debate with your troll alt.

Here is a dictionary word for you:

Maintaining control of multiple accounts while tabbing between them to issue commands is not the same thing as going away for 20 minutes to walk the dog while your barge’s cargo hold fills up.

I used to fight using a battleship/Falcon combo, or have a combat ship with a Tech III booster/prober as support. According to your definition, I would’ve been fighting “AFK” just because only one window on my PC can be active at a time. How does that even work? But I guess if you want to say that I was getting kills while AFK, I’ll take it, since it would be an even bigger slap in the face for the players I killed.

Oooh…I must have asked an awkward question.

Calm down miner’s alt.

Oh well…at least now I’m in Amarr the stench of Safety is a bit further away.

Hey, I even spotted Destiny.

Not really…you’re just juggling semantics. The issue is whether a person is paying specific attention to what is on a specific screen. Whether they are walking the dog or having a holiday in Barbados is irrelevant. Going without looking at a specific screen for one reason…is as good or bad as going without looking at that specific screen for any other reason. The entire basis of the ‘AFK’ claim is that of not paying attention. There is zero difference between having one screen open and not paying attention to it…and having 6 screens open and not paying attention to 5 of them. In fact the latter is probably worse.

How would you know?

You don’t even play EvE.

Theorycraft ranting in the forums does not count.

Your argument ignores the concept of time, and treats being away for 3 seconds the same as being away for half an hour.

Anyway, like I said, I’m perfectly fine with people knowing that I don’t even need to be playing the game while my targets are dying.

lol yah im so good I kill people when I’m AFK - and they aren’t!

:smirk_cat:

Maybe that’s why Dracvlad was afraid of the war?

Lol…because it does not take an Einstein to work out that if a person is looking at screen A then they can’t be looking at screen B.
