Just want to chime in and say that players have indeed been finding the keys, and the first few reserve bank heists have taken place.
There were a few updates to the ESS Key sites, reducing the reset timer, and adding more clear text for when certain gates are unlocked.

But sites are still getting stuck, when somebody fails in the second room. No hack will open the gate again. If you don’t believe it, pay a visit to the Martoh site, which can’t be finished, but stays there for 24h. It even survived downtime, lol.
BTW, Concord standing loss is not nice while there is no way to repair.

Do the sites now despawn/respawn after being run or are we looking at a mid 2000s style static complex situation where these sites will be farmed by the RUS/China timezone and never actually be available for people in normal EUTZ/USTZ?
Furthermore, unless the spawn rate is variable, even assuming you were able to acquire and fully utilize a 45 minute key the isk/hour for three people is not all that epic. Spent roughly 12-15 hours scanning around lowsec the last couple of days and found 3 sites, none of which worked.

Read the 2011 story, all parts, compare with the random ones you pulled, and once you realize they bear no comparison at all, come back.

.Then I suggest you stop saying you represent everybody. Your “job” is to represent the best interests of players, whether you disagree with them or not. That is EXACTLY what your job is.
.You stop posting as if your opinions are representative of “the player base”. They really aren’t.
.You stop using your ideals and judging others who post on the forums. Just because someone is not actively playing does not automatically negate their input.
. You are supposed to be a player representative, creating discourse within the player base you purport to represent is not only unprofessional as a CSM it makes you the worst type of troll on the forums. You deliberately set out to belittle and judge others using your CSM tag.
You and the rest of the CSM represent the minority who voted for you, probably less really as many “voters” have no idea who they vote for, they just fill the ballot as the “guide” sent to them suggests.
There are many more players out there who would be more than happy to see the CSM scrapped.
We’ll see how long till this post is flagged by one of your supporters. They or you already struck once. As a CSM accepting criticism is also part of your job, egos aside.

Were you happy the red dot issue was fixed? Thank brisc. Brisc and Mike were very vocally AGAINST scarcity.
Wait, you get concord standing hits? And then CCP said in the recent past that a coming event will take place in the concord constellation, which means by trying to get the ESS stuff, you won’t be able to go there.
And then Mike says funny things like “ill considered suggestions” won’t be passed on by him, while CCP does ill considered things all the time. 
Excuse me? But Brisk only jumped on the bandwaggon of very frustrated players that were vocal against the red dot from the very first day. Brisk chimed in much later and in the beginning was even in favor of the concept.

A simple google search my friend, in case you’re interested to look into its complexity, compared to simple corp thefts, that arent so hard nor necessarily demanding to pull off in the strict creative/sandbox sense.

Once you treat your playerbase like unimaginative cashcows to be carrot baited into a game with readymade events, and on faith they’ll always be back for more, nevermind the sadomasochistic abuse you serve them, you will lose the creative spirit that made the game great once, and it will be YOUR damn fault for manipulating them, not the players.
Frankly, it’s ■■■■■■■ insulting and CCP/PA deserves nothing short of a long term drop in population, just to serve them right in their piss poor vision and manners.
You even said yourself, you had to intervene in the 20 trillion isk injection to be linked into the open world somehow, meaning that wasn’t even up for consideration on their part to begin with … ? lol-boat …
I sincerely hope you’re not just passing it along and never mention it again, because then you’re not really representing the players interest, all you’re doing is removing yourself from the issue by saying you did your job…

They can AND should but Brisc constantly makes it clear that if he disagrees with someone he will not listen to them.
And out of ALL the CSM Mike was the only one to respond when I had an issue and asked for advise (on my main).
I respect Mike but that does not change the fact the CSM is outdated and needs canning or at least a major update.
