One could argue that as the person hosting the bounty thread, he can ‘pause’ the hunt, but it really comes down to whether the individual contributors agree to suspend payment eligibility.

A touch more on topic. Hunting someone till you pod them once based on their on going actions is not harassment. Komi has made no attempts visibly to end the bounty hunt and continues to engage in the behaviour that started it. If after they got posted people tried for another 99 then there might be some case for harassment.
You need to stop trying to claim anything you don’t like is griefing. It undermines your credibility.
