Yeah…its kind like the getaway driver of a bank robbery claiming ’ Hey…I don’t rob banks, I just chill out in a car outside '. The whole ‘nothing to do with me’ thing has been allowed to perpetuate and I see it often on the in-game chat rooms from miners who don’t grasp that they probably mined the very ore that made the ships that destroyed them.

Only if isk is the miners goal…so many of them just want to chill after work without purpose.
You would say they could do this from inside a station too…but at least SOME form of activity is valid… 
THIS is what pvp people do not get…that people exist that don’t NEED the adrenaline rush…
The equivalent of a adrenaline rush miner is one that does it in low…the rest just wants to be left alone…
I’m sorry but you have to understand that your approach to the game has ever been a 25% minority…the last devs just spoiled it for years…the current ones correct this big failure…and negate your privilege.

I don’t hate miners. It’s kind of a thankless job in EVE, if we’re being honest. It’s gotten a lot better with numerous changes, activities and new mining ships.

It then became META and a personal space to live and cozy up in, permanently.
As such, people like Uta are an example to this cushioned, safe, ideal and permanent meta-environment they aspire to live in.

That will never happen. Their intentions are very clear and they didn’t made even the slightest statement that they plan to increase “safety” in general HighSec or even think HS has any major problem that needs to be adressed.
Their goal was to offer totally new players an area to learn the absolute basics and get into contact with other players before they could be driven away by others tricking them into aggression or outright ganking them just for the lulz. And Exordium achieves exactly that.

No, because it makes no sense to do and we don’t have the slightest evidence in favour of your claims.
I mean, you basically claim just because a store owner that suffers from repeated theft installs a security camera, “soon everyone wanting to go into his shop needs to show an ID, gets searched and has to strip naked in front of 3 security guards”. Simply doesn’t make any sense to believe that claim would be true. Same with yours.

If one wants to just sit and chill in EVE and not be bothered, they can just ship spin in station. If they want to be active, they can be active and do one or two of EVE’s many activities.
