The like and get likes thread II

Beddy time here…

I feel lazy to check exactly, but I started playing EVE Online around October 12th of 2008 (it’s a national holiday here). There’s a little irony that the formal deal between Pearl Abyss and CCP will be signed on October 12th this year, 10 years later than the beginning of my time as a EVE player.

As far as my EVE doomsday clock goes… November 2021 has become very much closer.

Nighties lovelies!

Also: did you know that notorious baggage handler and occasional rock star Freddie Mercury would had turned 72 on September the 5th?

I don´t realy know what to think about the sale of CCP. Especially after I researched the new owner.
So the same ■■■■ with WAR and RIFT all over for me again, if unlucky…
What a sick joke.

Good morning LAGLers! I’ve coem with a potentila epxlanation on how could PA ge theirmoeny back after acquirign CCP for abotu 60 years worth of profit…

Public trading!

I don’t know exactly, but maybe if PA make CCP publicly traded and sells shares, that would make the monies…? Rather than try to squeeze out 1,500 $ from each active player of EVE…

Is that a real flower? Looks so unbelievably fancy with all those elements. Never have seen any flower like that. :open_mouth:

Public trading is good when everyone puts the money where the company is.
At the current rate, that’s a potential 100 trillion.
You can also imagine if that same capital was to be used against a public company.
I know 4 companies who made it over 1 trillion capital.
I think 2 or 3 of them went back under.
Actually, I think Amazon may have also passed this, I forgot.
Anyways, since that is all public business information, anyone can verify this.

It also includes /ed one of 2 Tokyo banks, which then already had a greater capital than London banks, though their stocks value of trading were lesser.

That all changed with the EU, which gained more capital than the US.
Consider that the US also invested in the EU.
Pretty sure they also invest most of the Middle-East capital for oil.

That a flower from Passiflora edulis, the cultivar of passion flower that produces passion fruit (maracuyá):

Probably someone’s growing passion fruit in your area. :woman_teacher:

(Side note: the passion flower is called this way because it’s purple and has three stigmas, which reminded the Spanish conquerors of the passion of Jesuschrist)

Oh, but isnt it something that would grow in more tropical areas? Its strange, maybe the global warming is so hugely underestimated. It is a very hot summer here too after all.

Aand, beddy time!

This is how a full pantry looks like:

6x 9,000 GTA = 54,000 GTA$ for sell. It’s not the most expensive car, but it’s easily recognizable in the streets so it’s just steal car - look for Baller - steal Baller - store - rinse and repeat. With a spawn point near her Office, Ish just stole those 6 in about 20 minutes. Selling them haves a cooldown, but, I regularly sell stolen cars so it’s just a nice full pantry here.

And now yes, nighties lovelies!

Also: today we had some funny thunderstorms here…

On the right: half the city of Granollers. On the left: 84 milimeters (3.3 inches) in 50 minutes, pouring on the other half of Granollers.

It is indeed. Its appearance at first was bush-like but after looking further today (and some reading, thanks @Yiole_Gionglao ) its a vine! It looks to be very healthy. I like flowers. Specially this one.

Read this thread at your own risk.

I made some ISK today. Not much but enough to make progress toward my new ship.

@Yiole_Gionglao The view looks majestic nonetheless.

Good night, lovelies.
