The reason I won't come back to EvE

Sounds like some of the new corporation/alliance tools can’t come soon enough…

A guy demanding a PVE-only server and does not like to interact with people…makes me think why he needs a “server” at all and for what? Even market usage and manufacturing is PVP in an MMO. So the need can only be fulfilled by an offline single-player game?

You worry about shenanigans in null?
Wait till you haul in highsec.

One could solo EVE… but it requires skill AND mindset that most of us don’t have.

I too, would like to have observation (scout) drones, at the other side of every single gate I cross, so I have friends, instead.

None here have the vision required to understand my own.
@CCP we’re here waiting for a chance to play the game we love the way we want, and we are MANY!

Meanwhile, everyone else is logging in having a good time.

5000 people is hardly “everyone else”.

It is 4,999 more than you.

I guarantee, if you elaborate adequately, that we will have a vision similar to what you think you have.
Just don’t panic and allways… (very important) carry a towel.

4999 people being milked for more money at every corner because subs alone aren’t enough to pay for the costs. What’s your point anyway? You’re not as clever as you think.

“Lack of cleverness” is more amply demonstrated by being the guy who wants 100% safe, solo, farming mode in Null. Without realizing that a version of EVE with 100% solo-safe would completely obviate the point of farming anyway.

The only vision you have have is ‘tunnel’.

No it would not, provided other aspects of the game were also adjusted, but like I said you’re unable to think outside of what you know.

What exactly is it you want from the game?

To click places, see numbers go up and have no interference from other players?

May I suggest a different game than EVE?

Perhaps https://www.decisionproblem.com/paperclips/ is more to your liking?
(It’s honestly a fun game to click through if you have a couple of hours to burn! :D)

maybe X4 would be better.

And which PvE-only MMO or Open World ARPG are you subscribed to — and clearly already have ready in mind — that is not milking its subs with microtransactions and/or gambling mechanics?

I might not be clever, but I do think before I reply.

Whelp, I clicked that link and now have spent several hours making paperclips I will never get back. You’re right. It’s pretty fun if one’s of a mind to run manufacturing and marketing without interference and without having to spend a lot of attention on it. It gets the official Qia thumbs up seal of approval*.

* Technically this is the Qiwi seal of approval, but as none of you are likely to be familiar with my Eve nickname this will do for you.

Did you reach the end? :grinning:

Took me a while, but yes, at least if the ‘start over in a new universe’ option represents the end.

@Veritas_Luxmea aka @Werner_Budingen I asked you a question. It was not rhetorical. Your silence is deafening.

I’m subscribed to Hello Kitty Online and they don’t have microtransactions.
