Well, think about it. The CEP decided to cooperate in EDENCOM, including to the point of not opposing Federal capsuleers’ presence in State systems. Diana? No no, she’s still sure the Federation is the more important enemy, and doesn’t care who knows it.
Hell, she supports and encourages self-proclaimed kybers like ‘Ms. Remi’ there. So you can tell that she’s not at all shy about publicly disagreeing with the CEP.
And, you know, she really enjoys what she does. Duels, fighting, attacking the Fed… there’s duty, and then there’s the zealous glee that Diana clearly gets out of it. And as we all know, there’s a word for it when you go to immoderate extremes to do a thing you enjoy. And that word is ‘hedonism’. And since that gleeful zealotry is there in more or less everything she does… right down to how fervently and passionately she decries decadent things like food with flavor, and extolls the virtues of pressboard ration bars…
Public dissent against authorities? Hedonism throughout everything she does?
Sounds positively… Gallente of her, doesn’t it? Frankly, I’m surprised she only placed third.

No, really, can we get all these straightforward dumb crazies like her away from public discussions? It’s totally not profitable when people like her are allowed to talk. They should sit gagged in their asylums away from the civilized societies.

Not according to some.
Some see him so much of a threat within the Gallente Federation that they got a court order for a cease and desist. When questioned about it, the real motivation was to employ the thought police upon the populace as so they, the populace, would never have a poor, or misjudged view of character. Controlling what people think. Very Caldari
And eye opening into the very nature of the privileged class of the Federation.
But I agree. By and large, Julian is pretty harmless.
