Today my only self help had been drinking 250 ml apple cider vinegar with a 1.25 ml mineral water to try and slow down my metabolism of the amount I had drank today as I don’t want to reach alcoholic ketoacidosis as I hadn’t been eating.

/ now I am not saying to drink a full litre of apple cider vinegar to lower blood alcohol levels but first not drink to the point that you feel that you need to .
