The Self-Help Thread

I was able to put a good day and 1/2 between drinks. Though I feel pain on top of anxiety.

In my 30” my way to work while riding my mountain bike. (giant) I was struck by a car.

I have shoulder pain and I still have a torn rotator cuff in my right arm.

I can understand that others feel pain in their own way for various reasons.

/ with the discussion on pain, I had been table to pull my own tooth through Covid .

So I can’t just say that I drink to mask that sort of pain.

I know it is nothing like as painful that lasts 24/7 like you describe osteoarthritis Pain or cancer pain.

All seriousness though Alcohol tolerance is a real issue.

I can confirm that when I was younger 9 standard drinks would place me into a very intoxicated state at a party where it upset my ex wife and family would cover it up by saying it was food poisoning.

Not something to be proud of though the tolerance I had reached is extremely high and the only way to monitor my intoxication is via blood tests.

My liver is not healthy currently as in the past 12 months I think that I had consumed more than I was consuming over the past 10 years all because of tolerance.

That is the real killer when consuming alcohol.

Please don’t drink to match your tolerance as the brain changes to never feel the same effect you had once felt when drinking alcohol.

Yes mind control can go only so far.

Peace of mind and freedom of fear and worry!

Limitations are hard coded as its fact that Australian’s drink more alcohol than both Americans and Canada’s

The
Statistics are actual facts. Wishing for real moonshine right now

That’s a surprise, thought you didn’t like women

Maybe the latter has to do with the former?

Clearly she wasn’t amazing like me.

What Frostpacker needs is a strong woman that keeps him on a tight leash, kicks him in the nuts when needed, and takes firm control of his wallet. He has had too much freedom allowing his misogyny, rock munching, oafish behavior and addiction to the amber nectar to go unchecked.

I think the cow knows something.. Just saying..

For a minute there , thought you were talking about me.

Never you.. Maybe a bat or something dark.. But a cow? Never.

Can they become vampires? What about elephants?

:innocent:

Ever seen an elephant sized coffin?

Not that I recall, though that doesn’t mean one does not exist. It may also depend on if it’s an African or Asian elephant, as well as if it’s a fat elephant or a thin one.
