The Silliness Of Kill Rights Over-Riding Suspect Status

So…let me give an example to highlight the silliness…

I shoot my alt, who is in an Ibis. My alt then gets a kill right on me. He sets the kill right to 10bn ISK.

In EVE, kill rights over-ride suspect status. In other words you can’t just shoot at a suspect with a kill right as you’d normally do…you have to activate the kill right.

This means I could go around with suspect status all day, and commit more crimes, and no-one’s gonna shoot me as no-one’s going to want to pay 10bn ISK to do so. It makes nonsense of the whole system of being able to freely shoot suspects.

This is ass backwards, and kill rights should ONLY be forced to apply if a person does not have suspect status. To get round the conflict ( as clearly genuine killed people will want their kill right ) I’d make it so that people with kill rights on them cannot commit suspect acts.
