I guess im not the only OBLIVIOUS person in our little conversation because cloaky camping is used for offensive purposes (place opponents into a false sense of security because you have been camping they for 3 days then hit them with a hot drop). There is no counter to cloaky camping and CCP has made it quite clear they dont intend to make a counter.
