Well, no. You can have an opinion and it could still be wrong. If someone says White people are better than Black people, it could be their opinion, but they would be wrong. You can have an opinion about anything, and you could be wrong about your opinion if it clashes with reality. Opinion just means “how I feel about something”.

I can list my laptop, which cost 3000 dollars to buy, on ebay for 5,000 dollars. It will never sell, because no one will buy my laptop for that ridiculous price when they can pay 3000 and buy from the store directly.
But tomorrow, when a chip shortage causes a complete stop in all manufactured laptops, that lasts for 2, 3 years, then there are going to be people who pay 4000, 5000 for a laptop.
The market sets the price. If the person who lists the skin for 9bn never sells his skin, then he loses out on all the listing fees and is out isk. He essentially loses isk.
