Frigates and missiles should be intercepted by a battleships automatic short range defense…

They can be you have to FIT FOR THAT.

Fit some fast turrets, missiles or drones.

In the end most of these threads are about making things work solo. There was the thread last week with the carrier that was going to combine 3 roles, plus the classic “make salvage drones have combat abilities”.

A lot of the time I don’t play I just log in check the training time que and log out again waiting for training.

Why should anyone take anything you have to say serious, you admit you don’t play the game but feel you know enough to call for changes.

you blame the game and the only fix in your view is to change the game to suit you. because if you had more SP you’d actually log in and do stuff, nah not buying it, i’ve dealt with lots of guys like yourself over the years, you’d get to battleship and then it’s capitals, so the gaps between logging in and taking part only increases and eventually you’re never seen again and during the time you where part of a corp you did SFA but log in and complain that you had x amount of days left to train for whatever and log off.

Now the player that actually falls inlove with EVE, you can’t get the fecker to log off and there is no oh me SP are too low excuses, sure they look forward to being in better ships, but if never stops them from logging in and playing the game.

I pick it up no issue,(without joining a corp)

i’ve nothing against going solo, but you must be bored stupid, no comms to chatter with mates, no fast track learning because ya mates and all talking about stuff in game, no intel flowing your way, no tips on a shift in the market, just you all alone in an mmorpg wondering why you are bored and don’t log in

get yourself into a corp and if i’m wrong and you are in one, get out of it and join a good one.

Couple things for the immediate satisfaction peeps:

1. Its a controlled level up. Sorry you cannot gimmick the game to do it faster.
2. You are better off learning the game and ships hulls in the smaller ships and still be very effective. Then once training is done you wont look all that dumb when you die.
3. After a certain point you are on par with a person whom has been playing since Day one. thats about 60 mil SP. After that, its all other non pvp or cap related stuff.
4. if you want to get into caps so much, then buy the skills injectos and do it. You should likely be used to it with this type of attitude.

And this is no a valid statement in 2019…

It simply is outdated even if you wish it wasn’t.
There is NOTHING you can do about it.
Simply draw your attention somewhere else if you do not like the reality anymore…

People change,games change,opinions change and games that have to survive on the market have to react to those changes…
Denying this only shows that the YOU inside your bubble have lost your connection to the reality and this is sad.

You simply cannot avoid the change,it will be forced upon you by those in charge and all you can do is state that you have been “betrayed” by them and ragequit…

Those changes WILL happen…they HAVE to…and after the firework is over EVE will go back to daily buisness and you will not be missed…

Things like this happen…
