These threads have been for people who are upset and frustrated by the quality of the service they have received from CCP. You have used these threads as an attention seeking exercise because, in your twisted toddler mind, negative attention is better than no attention at all.

The fact that CCP has allowed you to insult and harass their upset customers is personally amazing to me. But in my experience the best thing to do to a bully is make him look like an idiot. Maybe, just maybe you will eventually realize what a joke you are to everyone here and leave them alone.

• The situation with players being completely unable to access the game seems to be better overall. We are paying close attention to any reports and internal metrics that could indicate otherwise.
• Connectivity and chat issues can still manifest when our services come under a DDoS. Improvements are the subject of ongoing discussions between our team and mitigation partners.

I think he needs to calm down a bit. He’s an angry miner. If he purchases a mining permit his stress levels will reduce. It’s a proven statistic that those who buy a permit enjoy a much more stress free gaming experience

Well, aren’t we all affected? 2 weeks of lag and constant connectivity problems and now you are telling about affected players. So actually how do you wanna determin who was affected? Should I send a ticket to be considered affected .

Thank you for addressing compensation. I have a couple of days left on Omega and plan to let it lapse pending your decision on providing good will compensation to the playerbase. I hope you announce sooner rather than later.

This has been very frustrating to many of us and it would be nice to know what kind of gesture the company intends to make to show how it values it’s customers.
