As of the writing of this post, I am not even able to log in from East Coast, US. This is over a week now. I hope the gifts for the ridiculous amount of time this has been going on is of epic proportions. And a credit to my account for time lost is not going to cut it.

Theyâve done OK, not great, but just fine with communication. Announcing ever 30 minutes there are still problems wont do anything to fix them.

Demanding compensation at this point is simply backward thought. CCP couldnât begin to asses what, if any, form of compensation might be appropriate until the final resolution to the issue is implemented and the full scope of the player effect has been.
Bottom line, theyâre working to fix it. In the meantime there are infinite other ways you can be productive in your own life without trolling video game developers.

the issue with unreliable local/corp/alliance chats been happening longer than this ddos thing. with me from 10-01-2020 and i already sent my logs to you guys (trough support ticket). but definitely, it was something occasional and after ddos went permanent. since disconected people staying in local as my own alts not showing up in main account and vice-versa. looks like residual data locking the players as they were online as people stay residually online after disconecting.
also recieved messages saying i was banned from this same chats, and they keep working occasionaly (when chat is working).

Have CCP consider to take there server behind some kind of DDOS protection, Iâm not thinking about a firewall. But a service like âCloudflare DDOS Protectionâ service, just a thought for the future, they should be really good of protection against that.

Does CCP need to gather additional information from players who are affected? Like region, connection type (VPN?), system, etc. Hope that would make our communications more efficient.
