Cannot connect at all via Comcast. East Coast, Atlanta area. Only able to connect via VPN routed through California. Then when in game Chat Server still down.
Morgantown West Virginia has your back CCP… do what you do… Fix where I can log into account management …

Just checking, would it be safe to buy stuff with real money right now or better to wait until the issue is resolved?
To my knowledge DDOS attacks shouldn’t grant any access to player info but its best to be safe
Its been a week. Still cannot sign into either account. Now I cannot sign into mumble either - will not recognize me. Is that related? This is insane. I am close to cancelling and moving on to more modern space games.
I have been completely unable to log in for a week. I live near Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
They will work it out have faith… Not there fault kids have to be kids…

East Coast USA here. Saturday I was able to log in and chat worked. I got dropped in station and couldnt get chat to work again, but could lod on.
Sunday I was able to log in in the early afternoon, but fleet invites and opening industry tabs would drop me. I was unable to log in at all Sunday night and/or Monday night. Hope this helps. TYVM for the updates.
The grass is greener on the west coast here. Yayee YAYEE No internet problems, No login problems, No salt, No lag, and we have optimal weather 24/7.
We also have 7-Eleven to fill our needs.
East coast - could log in yesterday, cannot log in today

Cautious optimism on the Northeastern coast here. Some disruptions, but i can login and play what feels like eve for the first time in 8 days with 1 char and some lag for the past 2 hrs or so.

Ok UPDATE to Situation. Loc= SW east Coast FloriDAS…
Had same connectivity issues for nine days. tried VPN and even that failed…
that being said, 2 logins last 4 hours, one had no chat or local, the next was fixed. no vpn, only setting changed was set up logging with play as an auto.
Games working… holy mother******* the curse is over!!! (Knock on Wood)!!!
also details, I tried everyhting, and am currently playing on guest wifi as days ago I stopped being able to detect hi speed main acct due to obsessive tinkering… will fix later as raised channel speed to 40 hz
buuuut… so far it looks like they are letting us back in, and maybe successfully blocked DDOS Ip?

P.S. I am a non Omega ACCT, as I decided to max out skills before paying to raise them higher still.
currently did 4 stATION to station runs with zero lag and made 20Mil ISK.
for my region of SW Florida, its business as usual with no interruption. also cleared and validated files today and restarted computer…

I am on the east coast and I have not been able to login for days however I just now logged in for 20 mins and played with minor lag before I was DC’d and now cant login again. Oh and chat was working. Still absolutely crazy how long it’s taking CCP to fix this issue. Seriously wondering if they are just sitting back and waiting for the game to hopefully fix itself. Since this is affecting many players with structures and such I feel the game should be completely taken offline for everyone until a fix is in place and apply the lost game time minimum of 1 week to everyone’s account.
make sure “Download Everything” is checked in settings
not sure if that will help but tell us your settings so we can know whats not changing jack about it, please and thank you
Im located in eastern Tenn. Download all has always been checked. Removed and readded some accounts but that did not work. Half the time I cant get past the launcher and when I do I can login for maybe 10-20 mins before it kicks me out and I am back to waiting at the launcher. I have 100mbps fiber internet.
Well Michigan USA here, decided to try the game out. Boy did I pick the wrong time to try to start playing.
West Coast is doing peachy. Why do you guys get to have all the fun with not getting connected to the game. It’s not fair.
yeah thats what had and has been happening to me… have you tried tha validation check in launcher? I did that earlier today, everything I did today was mentioned in my post this hour…I cannot be sure what the fix is buttry the options listed and get back to me if you havent already, I also did uninstall reinstall the game yesterday
