considering it “kinda” fixed for myself just today, I am gonna say hopefully soon… but more and more are reporting login success… so lets hope soon. they are definitely doing something right…but not 100 percent for all users yet…
but to be completely honest Ray, they will only “FIX” the issue when the perpetrator is caught
Launcher loads up, however I do not see any of the standard advertisements. Just my accounts on the left and a clear warning that "Some players may be experiencing issues accessing or staying connected to EVE. Please check forums and @EVE_Status for updates.
Well done on getting this on the launcher, and not sure if the no ads is intentional, though if it is I guess that takes some of the salt out of the wound.

Clicking OK and then Connect gets me into the character selection screen without further issue.
Once I select my character I am able to get right into the game with no apparent lagging issue, and local chat populates just fine.
I’ll edit the thread if I experience any issues going forward however at this time it appears that there are no specific issues other than initial authentication. For any other East Coast users, if there is information I can provide which may help you login to the game please let me know.
Was able to log in for about an hour earlier and get some things done. Just now when I tried, took 2 attempts to log in, then chat completely down and severe lag even sitting in the station.
Not an IT guy, but as long as this has been going on, you’d think they’d be able to trace back and see where the attacks are coming from. Anyone using that much bandwidth has to be leaving some traces.
доброго времени суток сегодня только с 3 го раза чаты заработали и ещё такое дело произошло краблю я вообщем последнего добиваю нажимаю собрать дронов а они раз и пропали лаг какой то что блин творится с евкой ((( уже вторую неделю не понятно что с игрой
I have been unable to log on for the past 3 days. Server connection interrupted during log on. I’m in the US, EST. Over the past 2 weeks the DDos attack has severely impaired my ability to log, warp, chat, buy, sell, target hostiles in space and a host of other impedements. I realize that this is due to some rogue element deciding to be a jerk but I’m paying real money to not play this game. I’ve been playing for almost a decade now but if there isn’t some sort of solution/compensation shortly then unfortunately I’m out. Perhaps single servers in this kind of hostile environment are simply too difficult to defend against relatively simple hacking.
Ever since the attacks began, none of my characters can access any chat channels: Corp, fleet, local, public chats, help chats, personal chats. This is on going and it does not matter which account or character.
You guys are disconnecting me as soon as I log on its near instant… as you are most of us. Why not tell the truth that your DDos measures are keeping paying customers from logging in, not the DDos attack itself.
