Haven’t stayed logged in more than 30 minutes before a disconnect, looks like it is better for some but still crap for others
All my 4 accounts became Alpha accounts. I have been able to log in with each in the last couple of days. It is not easy getting in, or being able to play, as I have the server go down on me
eg I just started to log in with one account, but got, “connection failed”. I clicked on “connect” and I got in, and after 5 min I’m still in. haha,
But twice yesterday trying to run a easy mission, I got kicked off twice. I was able to get back in, the ship was still there and I completed the mission. So things are still iffy at this point.
EDIT:
I just fired up a second Alpha account on my other computer, and same thing “connection failed”, so I click on “connect” and got right in.
So right now, I have two Alpha accounts running. Each one on their own computer. So far so good, but chat doesn’t work on either.
I am in the US in a mid-western state.
i painfully spent 10 minutes arguing with connections to finally get up and running, local is working but trying to log in is very very painful.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I keep telling people that Alpha is the way to go but no one believe me.
I keep telling them that the WEST COAST is doing just fine for me but no on will believe me.
I keep Connecting and they can’t. :C
IDK what they need to do to make the game work ill lay out some options.
- Shut Down Everything and Unplug all Cords
- Reset Router
- Uninstall and Reinstall game after Plugging everything back up
- If still can’t Connect then you have these sub options
A. Move to the West Coast where the grass is definitely greener

From what I’ve been able to gather people who live in the central area of North America tend to be hit the hardest, with some people on the east coast also reporting problems. But once you get out of that region things seem to rapidly improve for whatever reason.
All chat channels are down for me.

Why do you guy want to chat in channel when you are all chatting in the forum like its local???
Logged on, still the same as yesterday as the day before. got in no chat channels. logged off.
channels not my problem its cant login and if I get in its just unplayable

Yes know this restriction when you have already an omega account connected. is this the case ?

have the unable to connect to server message.
but as noted in last post, closed that session without logging in, re-freshed launcher and instantly logged into character selection window. in game with full chat.
have found if you continue login from the unable to connect to server message window you don’t get chat.

oh, and that’s been tested with Alpha and Omega accounts
yes but both are omega they just took there own sweet time to update the other one any how its omega now got both log in atm hope i dont get dc again

Login issues - but can log in after 1 or 2 attempts… local 5222 errors or not updating between different pilots. laggggg… no disconnects yet thou… but im not trying to do too much as dont trust the game at the moment
