I was actually able to play lag free tonight, my only issue was with the launcher. I had to install old launcher that did a update and worked perfectly ever since. I had been using other means to connect for the past week up until now.
Log in no lag. Chat don’t work right.
1st time in over a week that I could play. Chat started slow then seemed to work good. Was able to log 3 toons in and no DC’s all night. About 4 - 5 hours. Ran all 3 together. Hopefully CCP has it fixed for the most part. Chat started after being in for about 10 minutes.

servers are up and running good, Texas USA. its your connection route to the servers. try some trouble shooting your connection maybe changing your DNS to another public one that has better routing.
Can finally log in with the launcher, but still NO chat… reporting from Brisbane QLD.
I hear that, starting to think it is selective!

@CCP_Dopamine Thanks for the update. And while you’re fixing things, why don’t you also fix UPWELL structures, so the Corp Management Function known as “BASED AT SELECTION” (Office Rentals / VIEWING & TAKING Access from Hangers & Containers) is EXACTLY the same as for all other stations!
Why should Corp Members be disadvantaged by being UNABLE to VIEW or TAKE from Hangers / Containers from our Office rentals @ UPWELL structures, all because CEO’s and Directors do not have the option to CHOOSE an UPWELL Office, as our “BASED AT” ??!!
Why should EVERY OTHER FUNCTION at an UPWELL structure, work EXACTLY the same way as it does at an NPC station, yet the basics of Corp Member Management has been EXCLUDED from that functionality?! Pretty stupid that such a basic requirement for Corp Member Management, especially for those based in either Null Sec or based in Systems where NPC’s Stations DO NOT EXIST, has been completely left out and made unavailable!
The CEO’s and Alliance Leaders that I have discussed this with, also want you to fix this oversight error, allowing US to CHOOSE an UPWELL Structure Office as our “BASED AT” if we so wish, so that ALL office rentals work EXACTLY the same way, as they should!
thank you and the rest of the CCP staff for your efforts and for keeping us posted as things change. we understand that some of the problem lies beyond your ability to fix (upstream routers wholly owned by third parties, for example) and appreciate that while you are not able to directly fix the problem you are at the least publicly aware, monitoring it, and keeping us posted. it is much better to be informed, even of bad news, than to be left in the dark until there is good news.
to those affected by this still: you may want to try to use a vpn service to reroute your connection around potentially troubled routers between you and the eve servers. below is a list of different vpn services available.

I did this, unfortunately nothing changed Hope someone else succeeds, I’ll wait if CCP can find a solution

Why is everyone thanking CCP for making the game available to everyone again?
Every single decision since the beginning of the DDoS attack was wrong from the ground up and only aimed at avoiding breach of contract.
One part plays in whatever way, while the other part cannot even establish a server connection.
From this fact, alliances and sovereignties shift without being able to influence them. Systems are simply adopted by the lucky ones who come online without resistance (there is no one who can defend them). Structures fail due to a lack of fuel. Ships are inexplicably destroyed with those who could go online for a short time because they do not come out of the warp again. All from the background not to be charged with (non-delivery / provision of the service). How does CCP imagine compensation for Allianz X, which has lost 10 systems thanks to this policy? How is CCP going to compensate for all the damage? The evil awakening is still coming gentlemen.

No dropouts, still chat troubles, few in-game problems with drones disappearing and reappearing, lol. But, much, much better, looks like it’s on the mend.
