Most of things seem to work for me. Connect from launcher is fine, no disconnects since last DT, chat except local works fine, local works for me, although I can’t see some ppl in it.
I have barely been able to log on and play for the last 10 days. I just unsubbed all 5 accounts. I cant justify paying for this game anymore with the state that it is in.
I also find it odd that no group is taking claim to the attack either. I really dont think that its a DDOS, we have been having most of these issues for months just not as bad. The DDOS is an excuse for CCPs incompetence. Being told to use a vpn to log in to a game we are paying for is not a viable solution for me, and it should never be recommended by a game company to a solution that is on their end…

After 7 days of not being able to connect reliably or not being able to see the chats tonight I was finally able to spend more than a few minutes without disconnects.
Is that the light at the end of the (long) tunnel?

The ability to connect is probably connected to your geographical location and the geographical location of systems participating in the DDoS.
Your best bet is VPN service with an exit in UK or western Europe (Paris/Frankfurt probably being best choices if you can’t get London).
I managed three uninterrupted hours of play without my VPN service this evening.
Chat dropped in and out pretty regularly, but zero disconnects on any of my multiboxed six accounts.
There is still considerable lag - sometimes long enough that it might as well be a disconnect, but this evening all I’ve been doing is getting my WH PI updated.
I would hate to have to fight anyone with the system working this poorly, but I was at least able to get in, get my training updated, get my PI updated, and get a little mining done.
Now, if CCP will only get my ship loss and other claims handled…

One thing makes me really wonder: CCP keeps complaining about how certain aspects of the game require too much developer time and development overhead to justify their continued existence. The CQ comes to mind. Yet, other systems that obviously cause a lot more issues on the front end (ie. user experience) such as the new chat system are allowed to continue to exist and create frustration for users and customers. CCP is really hopelessly unable to cope with these things.
Dear CCP, I will wait untill next Monday and hopefully I can play , otherwise I believe that up to 14 days of omega should be refounded to all players, thanks and 500.000 skill points should be a start …

SE US here. I just got in on one character, and all was fine. First time in quite awhile. Longest continual problem ever experienced in Eve, or really any MMO. But as best I can tell from the 30 minutes I got on when unable to sleep, it has been taken care of here anyway.
Washington State US here, I can log in all characters, no disconnects, just chat having issues still…

i seem to log in past the blue log in screen fine one acct connect to chats the other will not…and although it seems correct on the one account ,chat just acts a bit wonky even so even though it apparently works.
Southern Indiana, US. Logging in is still very hit and miss. If I can get in, chat is still wonky and there is considerable lag. Too unstable to trust so I’ll just wait it out. Keep on keepin’ on, CCP.
zKillboard now having issues connecting to EVE so expect the E-peen Brigade to arrive with their complaints any moment now…

From western Montana, US; connection is fine with the game itself, I don’t have to click the log-in button on the game client anymore either, but the chat has been down for me with the exception of a couple days ago.
Update: Posted this during DT, now that servers are back up my chat is too
