UK, cannot log in. It says ‘Could not copy files for Tranquility’. The client keeps trying to update to a different version as well, but the one that comes up on the main screen is different from that. IDK what’s going on, and I hope I don’t miss out on SP.

HK. Fail to log in frequently in last 15 mins.
No problem logging in till a few hours ago, but last 24 hours getting disconnections from server every 30minutes to an hour. Luckily only lost probes that disappeared during one of the disco’s.
Alright, so what is the gain of these attacks?
I do recall someone once posting that SP giveaways after these attacks would encourage more, but are they giving away that much to make such an endeavor worth it?
What other reason would there be? Are some people so bittervet now that they resort to this?

Someone is upset at a change in numbers on their ship. Given the timing that’s almost certainly what it is.
DDoS attacks are cheap enough these days some of those whales will be able to afford this kind of attack.
Hey, no problem for CCP, they get payed upfront and are under no obligation to actually deliver the service. So everything if fine right?
