The thing with networking is that even if your PC is fine and your connection to Discord is fine it is possible that your internet network route to the EVE server in London is facing problems.
Unless everyone is complaining about server issues it likely is not EVE ‘server issues’ but a problem somewhere between the server and your PC.
CCP is not responsible for that part.
