Tried asking in Rookie Chat. People told me how wonderful the tooltips and popups are.
How do I turn them off? Don’t explain how they are needed. Tell me how they can be turned off. Found posts about this from years ago so it HAS to be fixed by now right?
Or if this is some old code programming problem? Can the tooltip delay be extended to 24 hours at max? If you lack the capability to disable them from the game cause legacy code issues.
