Uedama anti-gank

Only an hour? I usually wait some weeks before hunting (checking location via agents from time to time to create a profile). Was he constantly swapping ships, or what was the reason?

The biggest issue I have is with stale KR actually not there anymore when you try to activate.

We checked it on our own characters and did not change ship. It made it useless. It was so disappointing, and I needed a break anyway.

Breaks are helpful, with Corona times I’m playing much more than I should, but it’s still ok. There was a time some years ago I went on every fleet I could, just to get kills … only one more kill mail. This burned me and had to stop for a couple weeks.

Regarding kill rights, I still don’t understand your issue fully. If the target avoided to fly expensive stuff during that time, ok, well played. But I would guess a wardeccer should have his bling Proteus exposed somewhere?

I think my crash entrance in this subject might be viewed as a criticism toward the efforts of our glorious white knights. It is not, I believe that all content is good content.

The debate about “anti-gankings” impact on New Eden has piqued my interest, would any white knight care to let me ride along for an evening or two?

It is easy enough, just grab a hauler and try to scoop their loot, and if you keep it for yourself you will not be a white knight.

Just set up a couple of perches around key gates. And a number of warp out spots. When they blow up the target warp to the wreck and scoop while aligning to a safe and mashing the warp button. You may lose a ship but if you get away with all their loot you win and they lose. It is the most effective way to win.

Nothing better than anti-gank destroying their own moral high ground and demonstrating that they’re nothing but gankers who have figured out that getting the gank loot is cheaper if you let someone else sacrifice their ships to kill the hauler.

I must say that I had never seen Code. use another hauler to collect the loot. I had always seen an npc pilot going it.

There is no morale in EvE, there is just a narrative you have to create for yourself and have fun with it.

That’s odd, because anti-gankers sure spend a lot of time trying to take their imagined moral high ground.

 Ya that post was not the best example of White Knight’ing it I’ll say…

after you got dumpstered by CODE. for the 100th time, your smooth angry brain couldn’t take it anymore.

hahahaha, you’ve been crying about CODE. nonstop for like the last 5-6 years lmao

Yeah, thats why you still come here to cry and get owned by CODE.

They never had a moral high ground. If you talk to any of these types in game you will find theyre the most toxic awful players you can find in pretty much any game

The people like that ex ag mod they worship, disgusting

Hahaha, trying that attack again. I am not in it to get brownie points from you, if you want to run around calling us White Knights you can for all I care.

Exactly.

That is because that term may apply to some, but not to all.

Show me a loss mail to CODE?

I was complaining about bumping as a mechanic.

Show me a loss mail to CODE?

The only bitter nasty person I deal with is you. For example I said “well played sire” in local to the CODE pilot who blew up that Talos. I also decided not to shoot him when he went criminal because he was shooting a Hell Dawn character and I did not interfere in him nabbing the polarised guns. Why did I do that madam?

By the way:

You have not ganked after the loot fairy was unhelpful, you got wrecked by the loot fairy and look to have rage quit from your low energy efforts…

So, to get back on tracks, what would be a good strategy to implement to work against ganking?
Ideally a wide operation including more pilots then solo hunters.

sigh Just read what was written multiple times in various threads. Have a ninja looter and HIC stalking each ganking group to deny loot, and you will see the result. The number of ninja looters increased in last months - good, but not enough to cover all choke points around the clock.

Among the other 20x mechanics you cry about nonstop

Where was the loot in the 100+ empty JFs Ive killed lmao?

Keep trying my angry little 70iq friend

You seem a bit uptight madam.

Already explained above.

That question, as stated, cannot be answered. For starters, there is no such thing as a good strategy to work against ganking if by that you mean to make ganking disappear. There are strategies that can be used to hunt or fight gankers (not ganking), and what’s best depends on the ganker, the goals, and the circumstances.

Even loot denial, which is a very effective tactic in many cases, is inadequate for types of ganking where loot is an afterthought, such as pod or miner ganking, for example, or if the goal is to make the gank fail.

No, I’m calling you hypocritical assholes. If you’d have the honesty to admit that you’re just a bunch of gankers I’d respect you. It’s a pretty smart strategy, let someone else pay for the gank ships and take all of the profit for yourself. But when you call yourself “anti-gank” and try to pretend that you’re anything but gankers, that your crusade is anything but a pathetic attempt to get all of the profits of ganking while still pretending you’re some kind of saviors of the humble industrial player, I’m going to accurately point out your hypocrisy.

The best strategy is not caring about ganking in general. Protect your own ships, let other people die. Why sacrifice your time and money to protect people who are too stupid to take care of themselves?

You seem a bit upset, calm down, it is only a game.

@Oxycon1

Actually in terms of ganks on mining ships for example this is the best approach for mining ganking. But as people can see by the upset that @Merin_Ryskin has over loot denial, loot denial works very well for all other types of ganking. The only approach is to fight the gankers at their weak spot.

Says the one who incessantly whines and cries about how bad gankers are.

But as people can see by the upset that @Merin_Ryskin has over loot denial, loot denial works very well for all other types of ganking.

As people can see by the illiteracy of Dracvlad, Dracvlad is a useless troll.

(Hint: perhaps you should read the part where I said that loot theft is an admirable way of making yourself rich, and what I object to is your smug attempts to present yourself as the savior of PvE players when all you’re doing is stealing from them like any other ganker.)
