When I attempt to connect to singularity, I am asked to re-accept the EULA, once I have accepted, the launcher displays the Username and Password login screen. Restarting Steam, Verifying the shared cache and restarting the launcher have not corrected this issue. If I click on the “forgot password” link, a broken link icon is displayed.

I am having the same issue myself. Comically enough, my alts can log in with no issues. I even get the broken link for “Forgot Password” button as well.

Also, i forgot to mention that I am not logging in with steam.

I have completed all the steps that the support team suggested. (restarts, verify cache, delete cache, etc.) I am still unable to log-in. To be clear, this is NOT a new account that was not included in the mirror. I have been testing on singularity for a while. The support team has informed me that the ONLY way to get support for this issue is through this forum, so, here I am. Please let me know if you need anything to help with the diagnosis and correction of this issue. If you need them, the support team has the logs from the launcher. I must say that I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support for login issues on singularity. For reference… SUPPORT REQUEST #509399
Same problem here.
Never been a problem logging on to sisi with my steam account, however for a couple of days it wont let me log on.
Other, non-steam, accounts work just fine.

Haven’t been able to log in to singularity for days now. No response from devs on this post, or the other post describing a very similar problem. It is very disappointing that the quality assurance team appears to be ignoring this issue. At a the very least y’all could respond.

More details discovered. If you hold down the Tab key, while the EULA with no buttons is displayed, it will scroll down to the accept button, allowing you to continue to the username and password login screen. This screen is not sized properly and the bottom is cut off. Again, if you hold down the Tab key, it will scroll down so the login and login with another service buttons are visible. Clicking the Steam Icon, labeled login with another service does nothing. So, although this workaround may help the people unable to login with multiple accounts, it does not help all the people who are unable to login to singularity with Steam. It has been over 4 days since this problem was first reported, and still no response on any of the posts about this issue. The quality assurance team can’t even be bothered to let us know that they are aware of the problem.
Much less letting us know that they are working on a fix…

Almost a week since my comment, and still no luck. Again, I am NOT using the steam launcher, i am suing CCP’s launcher with no success.
I decided to try running the old launcher to log into the test server and it worked.
Heres a video on how to do this for the uninformed, hopefully itll work for you too.
We have open defects in the system for these issues (Steam login issue, EULA acceptance issue) and they are being worked on. Apologies for the lack of response in the thread up until now.

V. 119352.2468 Steam. Beta Version. The problem appears to be fixed!! Thank you for getting this working again. I apologize for my bad attitude. It really felt like the forums were being completely ignored there for a while. Super excited to get back to testing with the new mirror!!
12/4/2017 Once Again… Unable to login with Steam… Please provide info on how to transfer my Steam account characters to a new Eve account without having to pay an extortion fee to get rid of Steam. Thank you!
