Cool. Now if we could just get you to stop siding with her lies that I am anti-ganking when I say what I really want most is things like pop ups at undock to remind people that all of EVE is a PVP area, including hi sec suicide ganking. But no no. She keeps lying, and you keep siding with her.
What a load of hogwash. Again twisting things around in some demented way in an attempt to justify High Sec Suicide Ganking as the only form of non-consensual PvP.
People in a Battle Fleet in Low, Null or W-hole space have already consented to being attacked and even expect to lose their ships.
Explorers, Miners, Haulers and Tourists that get caught, attacked and destroyed in Low, Null or W-hole space who arenât War-Targets are also victims of non-consensual PvP.
Now please stop trying to make it out that High Sec Suicide Ganking is the only form of non-consensual PvP. And more importantly, stop spreading your BS lies about me saying that Iâm a supporter for removing non-consensual PvP from the game.
I disagree, most players traveling in Low, Null or W-hole space donât have an assumption or illusion of guaranteed safety. If theyâre not a War-Target and get attacked and destroyed, then they are also victims of non-consensual PvP⌠unless theyâre actively looking for a fight.
Anyway, those who travel in those sectors that arenât actually looking for a fight and end up getting caught / destroyed, well thatâs too bad for them. Thatâs the risk they took for being in those sectors.
All you had to do was say that itâs a misquote, and that youâre not actually against it. Now I can remove your name from my prior post.
This is interesting. Are you saying that youâre fine with a rookie venturing out into low-sec and losing their barge or exploration frigate to pirates? What about 10-billion-ISK marauders or even more expensive freighters piloted by null-sec alts getting killed during suicide-ganks in high-sec?
Interesting anecdote: if you read EVE reviews on Steam, thereâs a much higher incidence of people (new players who quit shortly after starting to play) complaining about getting killed in low-sec et cetera than there are people complaining about getting killed in high-sec. But even more complain about getting killed by NPCs.
I try to see it from both sides. But since you can only be a virgin once, even when I run the NPE, I have the advantage. As much as I try to see it from the new players viewpoint, but when I started, it was a hard game. Making it to easy seems to have become the problem.
