Mining profitability has already dropped. The EvE economy hasn’t reacted in any way as CCP predicted. They took a free market and started to manipulate it to achieve their desired results.
They should change to CCCP. Because it is certainly looking like the economic end will be the same.

Blackout end when CCP communicate to PA the financial report for quarter… and is was very very far from the PA objectives… PA obkectives was a maintain of actual financial report and CCP communicate a drop…
Few hour later end of blackout. And all communication about the end was arrive days after.

PA is only the publisher, not the developer. The “business” for EVE Online is the company CCP. And CCP are the only ones in charge of actually developing the game.
You’re just spewing conspiracy level nonsense at this point.
Even if PA is hands off, the bias and direction of development and changes made took a stark turn after PA got their hands on the game. Whether it’s financial pushes or whatever the outcome. They’re now ultimately responsible for it.

Aggressive would still work against players but in Abyssal space if you get jammed, then yes, there is nothing you can do.

If you can figure out which ship it is because CTRL click on the jammer symbol does not allow you to lock a target if there are more than one thing that jams you. You have to try all jamming ships that are listed as actively jamming you which you also cannot do by the the jammer hud symbol. Instead you have to scroll through the overview and try all ships which is particularly fun if you have several jammers of the same name. Another great instance of #CCPQualityCoding
Good thing rats in the abyss only use sensor damps.
Also, as mentioned earlier, Gurista rats jam using old ECM mechanics. You cannot lock them back.
