WTF ? How does a Frigate need such complex requirements to build these days ???
I’ll never see the logic in this, I never will, but if NEW PLAYERS can’t fly a faction Frigate then how are they to evolve into CAP pilots…
And Don’t tell me Faction Warfare is the answer here - It’s Historically NOT !
