This is old go to the west concept. Only first one get the area and prize, if you come after 2008 you can only looking how few “first ones” takes all pretending to fight each other. They took everything and newcomers will never become equal to “first ones”, “first ones” will always have advantage.
All this is not great game concept, this is sucidal game cocncept in sandbox because it is directed against newcomers and prevents the inflow of new players.
You can hide behind HTFU excuses but today gamers are sufficiently experienced and intelligent to know they have no chance in such a game, and do not even try to enter it.
Whole Eve concept is wrong and must be changed if Eve and CCP want to survive.

Another wrong conclusion, in that “16 years” 15 years CCP operated as start-up backed by VC, this means that are not real valued by financial results, investors only gambled about amount of the company’s possible sales. Now the CCP is sold ( for a peanut and promise ) and must show results, CCPs “potential” is no longer enough, it must produce a profit.
The very fact that the CCP was start-up for long 15 years talked enough about its “success”

Yes, all of null sec is already owned. But there is tension between rival coalitions, and they’re always ready to fight each other. A new player still has the opportunity to become a leader of a corp, then leader of an alliance, and eventually a leader of a coalition. He can then use the coalition to conquer rivals’ territory. It would take a lot of time, devotion, and intelligence, of course.
Cmon do not write a BS, that is false adverseting for attracting new succkers ingame … now in Eve everybody have its roles and newcomers could be only cannon fodders and small peanuts …
