I think you miss the point. You are asking for something known as feature creep. You want the benefits of Being an Omega pilot without being an Omega pilot. Save enough ISK to plex your account, once you start that you can then afford to go mining barge. But as Heinlein said:

alphas are intentionally limited on mining you’re not going to get any better options until you go for omega.
