Just tested in a system with 75% bounty risk modifier. Nothing has changed from yesterday, a Forsaken rally point is still 10m isk from standard ticks, and then 6m more when the ESS pays out.
All ānew additional iskā goes to the reserve bank. Standard line members see nothing from this patch except the raised floor minimum to 50%.
Was honestly hoping for more.
The field for skill plans needs to be removable completely, I do not use this feature and itās an empty, ugly, wasted space on the Neocom. I manage my skill plans in EVEmon and then import them into the skill queue.
But that it is now always blinking yellow when the skill queue is inactive - even on characters that cannot train anything because another character on the account is using the skill queue !! - is absolutely intolerable. Please remove this asap.

Thatās actually how wormholes always worked before filaments were invented.
A lot of good changes, marred by the blinking no-skills-in-training bug on alts/alphas and other accounts that canāt train.
DBS/ESS and filament changes are both things Iām glad to see added. Most of these changes were player requested or otherwise came from ideas players had been bringing up for a while, and I think this is a good sign that weāre starting to see CCP give players what theyāre asking for, rather than more nerfs to things they like.
I donāt know what happened but I can open my Ship/Item Hangar windows again after deathcloning into a structure, which didnāt work for the longest time (kept telling me āItem out of rangeā) when I tried to open them with shortcuts. Thereās nothing in the patch notes that indicates that CCP did anything with this system but Iām happy that itās fixed. Thatās one thing off the pain list.
Now I just need them to accidentally fix the wrong order of appearance of scan result tabs. And remove of the NES button so that this forum finally stops bugging me with this stupid red star under my posts.

What are you talking about? Try null life and youād understand, ratting is some of the lowest isk/hour in the game.
Fix botting absolutely, but donāt destroy the game for everyone else that lives in null in the process (which is what they did).
Oh i am aware, but the point was they added Pochven as a highway which they have now decided they donāt like, had they made it so the filaments never worked that way we would be fine
The issue was Pochven was made to essentially be the new Thera hub, people will adapt just fine, doesnāt mean i wonāt disapprove of it, the way it stands there is just less and less reason for people to end up in Pochven and thats probably not their intended goal
Not much was really changed with DBS Brisc, have you tested this at all yourself? Apart from the 30-50% change, isk per hour for line members has not changed at all. Only key hunters have gotten anything out of this change.
Wait what?! Did I misread the changes?! This is a big buff to ratting and ESS hunting alike right, according to the wording CCP has used in the patch notes. Previously if BRM crashed to 50% weād get 50% bounties after ESS payout (assuming not robbed), now with a 50% BRM weāll get 100% of the bounties after ESS payout (assuming not robbed).
In other words, ISK is no longer deleted from the game when BRM is sub 100%, it now all goes into the ESS, but the ESS pays out after x mins/hours. Should make for bigger ESS banks to rob in low BRM systems + much greater incentive to protect the ESS because your 50% BRM system can now provide 100% bounties if you manage to defend it.

If you ratted in a 50% yesterday, you get the same today.
Thatās not what the patch notes say. I know you want to cling to grrr CCP, but I think theyāre trying to offer us a carrot here and fair play to them for eventually doing it. Feels like a big step. Tempted to resub.

If payout is unchanged, test server hasnāt been updated. The patch notes suggest Iām right. I think youāre confusing the entirely separate bullet point where CCP note:
- Increasing the maximum Reserve Bank payout by 33.3%
Above is not linked to the ESS sub 100% BRM change, above is simply increasing the payout when you link a key because, lets be honest, the Reserve Bank has been a colossal failure on the magnitude of resource war missions so they needed to do something to make it worth doing. Not enough imo though, Reserve Banks are ā ā ā ā content because getting the keys is a chore, not in the least bit fun.
Youāre not going to be able to test anything on SISI in this regard, it needs to be on live. My understanding is that the DBS on SISI is not the same as on live in a variety of ways. We have been asking them to plus up bounties in null and this change appears to do that. If it doesnāt amount to much on live, weāll keep asking for more until it feels right.

A filament canāt be activated while you have a timer on.
That means you canāt just drop into a system, attack, and when battle turns against you filament out.
