Didn’t imply otherwise was just a funny thought knowing what is the reason for the delayed response for support.
That said I also recognize and have compassion for the employees at support (and elsewhere) who are victims of bad management and bad decision making which is beyond support’s reach.
Also there is a reason it is a long time meme to equate the name of CCP as “Can’t Code Properly”. They have a long related reputation with patches and such that lasts ever since the olden days.
(Though again it is usually not the programmers’ nor testers’ fault that due to management issues are not having enough time to test things properly and such nor the decision makers’ unwilling to alter plans based on feedback with a few exceptional cases here and there.)
Agree with your last post. Thats why patience is everything we all need. I know that support work is not Heaven chill but just ask them to react for our requests quite faster. (Jump clones w8 to).
so i got the complete opposite type of reaction, my ui was all set to photon and i lost my 1)ability to assign drones to a target (only one would attack unless hotkey used), 2) lost the shadow on selected items so when you hover over items or drag/drop items you cant tell what you are actually putting them into as the effect has been broken, 3) it broke my ability to trade items with my alts. 4) right clicking in space has broken mechanic/visually 5) cant drag and drop items or scroll/hold items while scrolling./everything there is just messed up…
6.) cant stack any items unless you stack all items in inv. 7) that ugly highlighted item/ship color is going to blister my eyes… if you have it set to change color of your hud based on what ship you are in it looks like … extreme neon colors.
list goes on with small things here and there, doing a file cache clear but i said the same thing about did they even test this cuz it broke like … everything /opened a ticket and im having to point out this forum to them cuz they aren’t communicating about this/im being told my account is bugged/switch profiles generic fix response.
So I no longer have any noticeable graphical issues, but the swipe action to dock or warp from the UI no longer works.
I have to right click and select “Dock”.
Are you going to fix the urgent problem of JUMP CLONES NOT USEABLE others reported here as well or do i need to self destruct them now in order not to get a silly lossmail?

This indeed fix the problem, at the cost of losing your existing configuration.
What I’m doing while waiting for the fix is using a fresh profile to jump to a new clone, then logging out and switch back to my “bugged” profile, in order to play with my configuration.

I got an issue with the radial menu. Reproduceable with the “Engage target” drone command and the “Dock” structure command. It seems these commands don´t have any effect. The drone commands which don´t need a target like the “Return and Orbit” or “Return to drone bay” work as expected.
Problems with JC and Skill point bar resolved. Already checked. Quite sad that almost 3 days of game were lost but now everething work correctly. Wish you best desires and hope that next patch will be without sad bugs).
after today’s patch 11-Aug, every action seems to be slowed down, windows have the circle loading thing, from after pressing character to login = get a black screen, to opening inventory windows and switching ships.
chat windows are fine however every other action seems to be like I’m in TIDI
in space, i actually found it funny that my ship and drones seems to be in a stop motion movie with actions completing after a pause, or rats dying in a blink of any eye due to the delay
i’ve switched off DX12 early on, have the game completed downloaded, cleared my cache each time i logged off and even tried restarting my computer
couldn’t play as much as i used to today… sadge noise…
The wallet always opens in the first tab. Regardless where you close it or want it to open every time, as soon as you close the window and open it again, it does so with the first tab. The same happens in the corp wallet. I closed the window with the Transactions tab open but when I reopened the window, it did so in the Bills tab (the first tab).
