Same here. completely locks up my system. Pathetic level of testing
Logo is clipping on the Bane and the RevNI as well.
On top of that, CCP has not added Personalization items (emblems for the Bane and probably other T2 dreads) from the start.
Yeah, I’ve noticed that too.
Since direct enlistment this is no use for FW.
We should be able to select whole side of conflict.
Also multiple items should be possible to add like whole ship group “any frigate” and “any mining ship”.
Also, option to count final blow not only dmg applied should be added.
CCP please, bring back journal window to a icon or hotkey
Being able to give evermarks to other corps when? Doesn’t appear to be implemented currently. Or if it is, it is done so extremely badly and in a way that I’m not even able to find it.
Hi, I have 2 little QoL ideas for this latest update.
Below is an example of having the agent name on the opportunities window to make validating your missions easier (with the old journal, say i had 3 missions in a system and i wasnt sure if i only ran 2 or all 3, i could cross reference the names in the system with the journal to easily verify). As you can see validating a mission in a 10 agent pull is more difficult than it was with the old journal system.
And a second point would be to make an option in the tax rate to have a different tax for LP than isk, maybe even something that can be fine-tuned for each faction.
ie: 10% of an isk value tax is worth less than the 10% Serpentis LP, or for example 10% Blood Raiders LP tax is worth more than 10% Republic Security Services tax.
Taxation without representation is theft, am i right folks?
How do I see my research Agents now btw?
I used to find them in the journal, now I have no clue where all my datacores are waiting for me
Good point. They are not in the Active list. The Wallet, which now apparently exclusively tracks the Points currency does not have them either. There are only Incursion LP and LP wallets, but no RP wallet. Yay.
They’re now in the industry window for some reason.
What? Why even? Now we have mission agents in even more different locations, up to 3 from 2 before today’s expansion. No to mention that the tab name “Research” is very unintuitive. It implies that you use this tab for research, ie. BPO research or Invention. It does not at all convey the meaning of Research Agents being there. Not to mention this now means that we have to use a gigantic window every time we want to access the RP agents.
For just these narrow 3 lines I have to cover 40% of my screen with this window when it was only 5% before today.
On top of that comes that now even more windows will blink and flash. The indu window when I get new RP, the Opportunities when the agent wants something, the notifications when I get a mission and even the Agency for odd reasons.
None of this was at all communicated in the Expansion Notes. This begs the question of what else CP has changed and not communicated at all yet.
I must be missing something because really do not see the “reduce cognitive overload, more streamlined UI experience, easier UI usage” in this change.
for the oppertunity’s
i want to set a constellation or even a region .
and why not set a reward which is split by % off contribution ?
UPDATE> Never mind! I didn’t even notice the “view all” button until just now.
Rather than have it go side to side (imagine 100 projects and how much clicking that would take) have it just scroll down and do what everyone else does - collapsable folders. Or just copy what windows does:
Windows has a much better user interface and I think it can be applied to projects/opportunities.
Also - currently the only people who can manage projects are directors/ceos. You created a brand manager role, but not a project manager role. I don’t want to give my project managers full on director access. Please make access to this more granular by creating a project manager role that can be assigned, rather than full on director.
I’ve been invisible on the undock now for almost 8 minutes whilst resources load… on one client.
I see it like this:
Manager (M) to the Dev (D)
M - we need to remove mission journal. It is too compact and straight for our new photon doctrine.
D - So we’re finally moving it all to the agency? One place to rule them all?
M - Nope. We will create a new window competitive to the agency and move there missions that would be somwhere at the bottom mixed with all other useless for a regular mission runner stuff. And RP mission stuff to the industry window since there’s a “research” word in their name!
D - Omg why?
M - No reason at all.
P.S. There is a yet working way to bring back the journal:
There needs to be a way to edit projects beyond just updating the progress. If I make a spelling error or for example need to add more details to the projects description, the only way I do that right now (as far as I can tell) is to completely delete/redo the process of making the project.
Also, once again. There needs to be a “project manager” role that I can give to players instead of straight up promoting them to directors. Yes you probably already know this but the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Mr Epeen
…and thank you for the 7-day Omega!
Creating multiple “deliver items” projects repeats the same processes too many times. Enable a way to “save settings” so I don’t have to keep going through the dropdown menus and selecting the same destination every time, for example.
Jeretomi,
This has a great deal of potential but if you can’t add more than one goal to a delivery/mining project it will be next to useless.
Maybe, if the project timeline had milestones?
Build a huge Titan
- gather the stuff,
- deliver the stuff to station,
- Hire a smart person to build it,
etc…
It is good seeing the CEO’s responding so well to this. But, it needs some more polish.
