Yawn, again, the war dec system is being used to enact wide scale piracy. Open hostilities against anyone too weak to stand against you is not war, it’s piracy, and the war system should not allow for open indescriminate piracy.

What’s the difference? You realize wars are always started against a perceived weaker opponent? … between the lines you talk about things like fairness, honor or whatever social concept exist in a peaceful society. Do you actually have an idea about what a war is?
EvE is a permanent conflict, where always the stronger will dominate the weaker, but the essential difference to RL is: you have a choice, do you want to be the dump sheep, the clever prey, or the predator?

I have no issues with people having opinions. What I have issues with is people behaving as if their opinions were fact. Your opinion is not a fact. You absolutely need to realise that your behaviour on the forums can and will have consequences in space, and the same goes for your behaviour in space as well.
I am no fan of PIRAT, but that does not change my thoughts about people who refuse to teach their new players basic techniques of survival and defense. According to this thread, that is what you are doing, which means that you are a problem for this game.
You either learn to be a better CEO, which is my preferred option, or we will make sure you stop harming new capsuleers. Opinions do not matter the slightest. Not yours, not ours. What matters is that new capsuleers grow up in an environment that prepares them for the dangers out there and anyone refusing to do so, or willingly abusing them, will be punished accordingly.
Out there, in space, Might makes Right. Words do not shield you from my 1400s.

You people insist your way is the only way, and then post things like this. It just says everything about the people who support piracy under the guise of war decs. No common decency or common sense.
How is it piracy? The mechanics are completely honourable - you get warning and time to prepare for the conflict with another group that challenged you to fight. If another group believes it can take on 100 other groups at one time, or is paid to do so, why does it matter?
Pirates don’t go around throwing down the gauntlet and giving warning to their victim that they are coming.
PIRAT and their ilk are honestly the easiest type of war to deal with. Be thankful one of the targeted war groups didn’t challenge your group to an honourable fight as I imagine you are not prepared for their undivided attention. Somehow after this thread though, I think you might be getting some of that attention.

No, it is not my way. It is the game’s way! That is the most important detail you seem to be missing. You wish to have the gameplay changed based on your opinion that something is not as you perceive it should be.
You want to force your opinion onto everyone by demanding a change that only suits those who are unwilling, or incapable, of defending themselves and harms all of those who behave according to the rules. You want to increase the safety of new capsuleers, but instead of teaching them how to watch out for themselves, you ask for changes.
Apologise and ask how you can improve your corp, and you will find people who are willing to help you improve and grow. Keep attempting to have the game changed according to your needs and you will find yourself in more trouble than you can imagine.
You know your options.

Is the C&P judge going to resub or waiting for the holidays, all these armchair warriors.
I truly wish that they do drive new players away, and the word spreads. Maybe, just maybe then someone at CCP will get a fkn clue, though its still unlikely.
Though come to think of it, their likely response may end up being more and cheaper skill injectors with a free gift of a carrier along the “gnosis” line of ships, or something like that, instead of adressing the issue.

Alpha accounts were just 1 month trials before they noticed their population dwindling, will probably take the same kind of dip, or a desire to break the current user cap, to motivate them to make any changes.
