Oh I know, when you required standings to erect a POS in hisec, those industrialists were a nice source of income when you had +8 to all four factions between 2 characters with the corp management skill.
As for cooperation? It may encourage some, but not as much as one would hope for.
on one hand - highsec pvp and wars is like kids fighting on a playground. I find it primitive af. On the other hand - everything must burn. Highsec included

i, for one, dont understand why ppl are upset that much. Half the wars in hisec are mindless anyway. Maybe even more than half
I suspect it isn’t really out this one, and rarely is, its their concern of what might come next.
