Need clarification on this. Does this ā€˜content’ have to be Hel BPO-related? Or just in general?

Well, yes.

How would you use the BPO to create content?

The ā€œOne funny, ruthless, embarrassing, or memorable EVE story from your careerā€ can be about anything.

I would sell the BPO and use the isk to buy shoes, which I would keep in a station container. Here’s a memorable fact about me: I’m the best!

Not good at following instructions…

I think you should sell it and place large contracts on all the sh*tposters on this forum.

Ayasha Black looks like another player who quit the game after being killed 28 times.

I know, maybe it makes me a terrible person, killing their shitfit Brutix in a mission, but did we really want someone that bad playing?

But my joy in that kill is killing a Battlecruiser with a T1 frigate, also autocannons on a vigil, the good old days, before teiricide.

I’ll have a go at this.

1— Meridan Night
2— Androcracy

3— I would research it to 8/16 or 9/18 first. Make copies. (I might research it to 10/20, but it’s not a priority and since it takes too long I might skip this before the next parts): I would park this BPO in a ā€˜Yurt’ Mobile Depot in high sec for 6-12 months. Just for the content. The depot will be named ā€˜Attack it if you’re gay’.
If it doesn’t get killed in the depot during that time, I will donate the BPO on to some new player at my own discretion (I will have to verify the player is in fact new and not someone’s alt first).
If I can’t find a genuine new player, I will research it to 10/20. Make copies. Try again finding a genuine new player after that.
4— I think it might increase depot hunting in the game (granted people read the forums and my post about it). But I’m not just going to make it easy on others either, so Yurt depot it is. And since it’s a freefall, and I don’t really need it myself (I can buy this BPO myself) then it makes sense to pass it on to some lucky new player who would feel really glad to get their hands on such fortune which will hopefully facilitate them in their journey in EVE.

5— I was at the X2-MFE fight. Biggest fight I’ve been part of. I’m not much for these stories. Plenty of sources on the internet telling the story of X2-MFE. EVE is only a distraction for me, I don’t care much for stories or events I’ve been part of. i forget them as soon as they happen.

6— This is my main and the only character I’ve ever used on the forums ever since I started playing EVE (in 2009). I don’t do the hide and seek game, nor do I need to disguise who I am.

DISCLAIMER: I might edit details of my post a bit before the entry deadline closes.

Would you put it at a safe spot or somewhere it could be easily discovered?

I do not see solid evidence that a normal cargo scanner reliably reveals a deployed mobile depot’s internal contents the same way it reveals exploration cans or ship cargo.

Do you know if a mobil depot’s contents can be scanned?

It will go into a safe spot. It will be in a high sec system somewhere, the depot will be ā€˜Yurt’ Mobile Depot, and the name will be ā€˜ā€˜Attack it if you’re gay’’. It will be readily recognizable for those who know about this. For others who just hunt for Mobile Depots, I’m sure not knowing about the contents in advance won’t stop them from hunting it (I’ve lost one Yurt Depot before not so long ago, so there are hunters out there).

I might move the Depot around from system to system. And I will try to save it, of course, if it gets reinforced. But the beauty about it is that the owner will get no notifications when somebody shoots their Depot, so it will give fair chance to kill it before I get to check on it.

This still means guys have to make an effort (learn to dscan and probe) to find it, not just have it handed to them on the Jita gate in Perimeter. I believe the prize is worth the effort (even at 8/16 the value is more than 35b).

I don’t know that they can. @Uriel_the_Flame might know better though.

im in but i won’t kill anybody except gankers while in it, Covert Operations Industries, no alliance, Character name: Drosera Binata.

and i podded a ganker in a corvette with one civilian gatling railgun right after his ship was destroyed by concord

i would create a filament that inverts the security status to the opposite one that works both ways

i would make Hels to kill criminals in jita

i might also take revenge on some of the people who have podded me

i have one alt i never use, it only has up to frigate in skill while my main (Drosera Binata) can piolite any alpha battleship (except gallente) and has been omega multiple times. (i am also true to my word)

I tested it. They can be scanned.

Come on, there is a forums section for giveaway events - could you please move your thread there so i don’t have to prominently read it all the time?

.74289-where r my legos summer..

Valentina Tereskov here:

I am, aside from rare spontaneous fleetups with my irl friends or with strangers (HMU), a solo player. my corporation is me and my alts, and my two roommates who don’t play much, it exists as a no tax corp. I’ve been playing basically since last september, not counting a few months back in high school, and if your valuation is correct, this blueprint represents 4-5x my total net worth.

If given this BPO, I would, first off, make a firm vow NOT TO SELL IT. Though it would be tempting, an influx of that much cash would probably ruin the reward of any activity in the game for me and that knowledge would restrain me. Therefore I would devote myself to the new endgame goal of building a Hel, and all the challenges and growth that would come with that.

Once I have built my first Hel, I will get it into losec, (if thats possible i don’t actually know so otherwise nullsec) and die in glorious battle. (Preannounced to draw a crowd maybe?)
Afterwards, no promises but I would probably look to recuperate costs : )

my best story:

My first time into a wormhole (last fall) I was so excited and scared at the same time. I had accumulated the enormous sum of 150 million isk, mostly through a nice shadow serpentis rat, and decided it was enough to justify some risk. So I fitted out my heron, and scanned down a wormhole in a very convenient spot: Faurent (it was so close to jita how nice!). So I go in and scan down one (1) relic site, and complete it, in a feverish sweat. I end up with the enormous sum of ~20 mil, leave, and haul my stuff all the short way back to jita to sell. i then returned to the wormhole, and nonchalantly began scanning down a new signature, as there was clearly nobody in there.

Next thing I knew my controls were squawking at me, and I closed the scanning window to see this massive warship, who came out of nowhere, just blasting away at me with not a care in the world. He was very nice about it and gave me some money, so I wasn’t too upset and came out comfortably ahead, but i’ll never forget the rush of adrenaline, blood pumping, my face getting actually flushed, it was like falling off a high bouldering wall.
Nothing’s come close since.

P.S.

As for alts, this is my main and the only account I intend to subscribe to omega for the foreseeable future. this is like my second post on the forums and i’ve never signed up a different account. My other accounts were created to fly all the different race’s ships while I was alpha, and are kinda redundant now. I only actually log into two of them, and they both sit in the same system and do one activity.

oh yeah here is an embarrassing story, the first time i went into pohcven was in a corvette with nothing on it except what came with it, got blown up and podded really quickly, and then came back in a naga just to lose it to a loki the same day i got it, but i had just lost some edencom standing because one of their frigates attacked me, so i blew it up; later i come back in a cormorant to kill rogue drones to fix my edencom standing without losing trig standing, i undock from a station just to be blown up by a praxis, so i come back in another cormorant to continue i don’t get blown up, i buy a venture there to ninja mine i survive, i use an out bound filament to get to my home station, i come back repeat what i just did but i need a hauler to get my stuff out so i use another filament to leave but while its activating i get blown up by a t3destroyer with all my stuff and implants getting destroyed.

thats why i want revenge

p.s. the first pohcven rogue drone i killed was in an ibis

  3. Add it to my collection of BPOs, maybe sell it. I really don’t a way of producing capitals, yet.

  5. Brick squad was defending Geminate. This was pre-FAXes so we had to use carriers to remote repair a tower and all its modules. We were told not to bring alts. Only bring an BRICK Abaddons or a remote rep carrier. I ignored that and brought my alt - which was lucky because the modules had hull damage and my carrier was the only one with capital remote hull reps. But anyway, after we finished repairing the tower an enemy fleet arrived and the abaddons were told to orbit the FC on station, there was no tethering at this time so the station offered no help beyond docking. Well, my main for some reason it wanted to venture into space by itself and left the safety of the logi reps. I was called out by the FC and burned back as fast as I could. I locked up my main with my remote repping carrier and saved it from it’s death. All while screaming on alliance comms, " Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" as my battleship hit structure but survived.
