I was working with these guys. Everything went fine. It took about 10-11 days to raise ordered standing from 0 to 9. Helpful polite crew, experienced and professional administration.
I spent 775 Mil to go from 0 to level 4 missions. They worked about 10 hours a day for about 3 days. The service was great, and the whole thing was smooth. I would definitely use this service again.

Sooo…I will admit i thought this was a scam at first. An elaborate one but a scam none the less. I was wrong. They were a bit on the slow side. But they did get the job done. Once the leadership was made aware that nobody had touched my fleet for 2 days they made it a point to make sure it was 100% finished the third day. They had ran a chain of grinders to keep it going and get the work done. No complaints with how they handled the situation and they worked around me moving cynos in and out of the fleet to get my JF work done.
Their a bit pricey but so is convenience. I’m already working on the details for 2 more jobs with them and from their we will see what happens.

At first I thought it was a scam, since they did advertise their service in local (I mean, whatever is posted in local should be scam, right?). But anyway, I went on to visit their website and it does look legit. I then chatted with the CEO and he offered me a good 45-minutes conversation about my current standings and his recommendation to achieve my desired result. I’d say the guy was really professional, he did offer me more advices than my tax accountant IRL.
Anyway, I ended up using the service and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They did the job fairly quick despite my unavailability due to connection problems. Just make sure to let the grinders know that you’re available on their Discord channel, and in 1-2 hours one of their agents will join your fleet and grind the standings for you for the next couple of hours.
I would recommend anyone to use the service

While they didn’t scam me, I would say if you feel uncomfortable trading tons of money over then split the payments up like I did.

Great service, got Impetus and Expert Distribution to +5.0. Both done so fast I didn’t even notice! 
Works as advertised! Used it to boost Caldari Navy standings to +5.0. Around 80-90% of the time I was online there was someone available to grind.
I would consider signing up to help with caldari standings since that is where my main is located.
