Which part? Scamming is actually the least isk/h unless you are using spam bots which get you banned.
If you are earning 60 or under (cough t1 t2 frig abyssal or mining ore) then its time to find something else unless you are enjoying it. Or find a way to do it better.

It did nothing. My vessel was in space back when before I jumped, 15km from the gate. 
I can make 2 billion in a minute…mining Mastercard.
( get over it…all you ‘anti P2W’ people ).
It really boils down to how much one’s time is actually worth. If you think that 100m ISK ( about £1.20 ) is adequate reward for watching a mining laser for an hour…go for it. Personally I don’t.

If you min max in highsec I guess it would be around 100-250mil/hour compared to the 200-500mil/hour of lvl 4’s in low sec.

Instead of saying its bs becuase “I myself cannot get that much” Maybe say to yourself how are they doing it and how can I improve to get to that point?
Its exponential, little improvement’s in hauling speed, marketing discount’s, completion time’s, enough standings to only get the best missions and the physical/mental endurance to keep going at full speed even thou its getting boring.
And for completion times you have to remember there is faction modules and you can abyssal them for more damage as well then implant’s, more tank so you can skip more mob’s better flight pattern’s so on.
A marketing alt alone double’s your income.
And you only really get to see this if you record your data.
What most people do that kills their income:
Selling to buy orders
Grinding bounties
Not setting up buy orders
Not grinding super high standings and training accounting and broker relations+Adv to V
Not keeping track of their progress
