Raitaru is cheapest, but has the most expensive core (i.e. the most profitable drop for attackers).
Raitaru (0.6B) + Core (0.8B) = 1.4B
Athanor (1.0B) + Core (0.7B) = 1.7B
Astrahus (1.1B) + Core (0.6B) = 1.7B
Not sure what is worse here, the fact you talk in the 3rd person about yourself quite regularly, or the fact that you think that you simply logging in causes all the gankers to scatter in terror.

If you drop a structure so you can use it to war dec someone do you always put a core in it
If you donāt put a core in it, attackers can kill it in one sitting (no reinforcement timers).
But if they canāt kill it then no need , but yes i understand and do you fit them , i bet a good fit can add up
Do I need the Outpost Construction skillā¦or is that only if Iām going to do industry, etc ? Most of the skills seem to be pretty cheapā¦except that one.

They can kill it when Iām asleep or working? I donāt have 24/7 coverage.
No you donāt need any skills. The defensive skills help with manning the station for defense, but for a Raitaru I donāt think it matters, as they have too few modules for cap to be an issue before you either win the fight or lose the timer.

The person I ganked. The fiend waited outside the station for our gank fleet to emerge in corvettes, and then the minute we were Concorded he podded two of us. Obviously someone whoād been ganked before. I think this was the gankā¦Berserkir Runa is me.

I find is risible that a war deccer could not put a war HQ up and war dec me, specially as I was in an alliance which had structures in nullsec and therefore could be war decced.
As for the question our lukewarm war deccer answered it correctly.
My Astrahus which was up in Khafis for a long time and was reinforced twice by the way, is now in the hands of one of my allaince mates and is the one used by my alliance as a war HQ when they go after ganker perches. I guess that makes me too meanā¦, LMAO.
