Negroni I.B.A. recipe:
1/3 red Vermouth
1/3 Campari Bitter
1/3 London Dry Gin
a slice of oraange
ice cubes

This morning for breakfast: eclair with coffee, milk and sugar. Will help me keep mentally sharp… Who am I kidding. I couldn’t find my way out of a paper bag.

@Cleo_of_Petra I had been finding it exhilarating to add in a small Jalapeno chilli or slice of lemon to my beer when not having blueberries or nuts as a side dish.

I tried potted meat for the first time the other day. Not certain which is better, potted meat or Fancy Feast.

Oh my just worked out what that is, how would you possibly know fancy feast ham pate is not better than canned spam?

My guess a lot less salt.

I mean like after the cutting of corn beef has fully boiled and water drained?

/ I going to try thick slices coated with mustard then pepper corned before placing on waxed baking paper and 10 to 20 minutes baked in my fan Force oven.

Yes I bake it like this. I try use veggies as much as possible, brocolis too
