I made pizza turnovers this weekend. Instead of ground beef, I used the meat from a rack of ribs I bought. Antipasta replaced some of the meat.
Doesnt taste bad.
If your turnover gets stiff, add a half can of corn to the container that the turnover is in. The moisture is absorbed by the crescent rolls and softens the turnover.
