Well…the ‘Recruit a friend’ program still exists…the rewards just kinda suck now (although the one recruited gets a million skillpoints…so I guess it has that going for it…). Is that what you’re talking about?

Dude, are you seriously trying to compare that statement to today’s stats? Did you even check the time stamp of when that statement was posted?
Obviously you didn’t or you would have seen it was posted on June 2019 and was directed to somebody who at that time said Rens barely had 30 people in system.
Rens is a hole, Amarr has a soul. 
In June 2019 Hek had 100-200 people as well. I am long time Hek denizen.
