what if trigs became like concord if the attacked player had enough good standing with them, I think it would be a neat mechanic.
CONCORD punishes players who break the rules of hisec. Standings mean nothing to them

For lore reasons the trigs are highly unlikely to do this.
Their culture is built around proving, ie standing up for yourself and defending your rights and beliefs. If you have a theory for improving the output of a singularity core, you’d submit it to the cladeflow and be ready to engage in semiosis, in other words you’re a grad candidate arguing your thesis before a panel of experts. If you believe you have the right to operate in an area of space, you need to prove that right by defending yourself from other claimants. In the case of one capsuleer being attacked by another, they would even consider this a “playful communion”, because both parties are immortal and will suffer no lasting ill effects. CONCORD is diametrically opposed to the very idea of proving.
Can’t you still get attacked by Triglavians in high-sec with adverse standings?

I believe so. Afaik, it was only for those who were 0.0 in standings, were no longer attacked

And they removed trigs from gate camping non minor victory high sec gates, standing side by side with police, custom, navy empire ships (all non Edencom) who were eating donuts and looking at the murders taking place in front of their eyes.
