It can be implemented so it doesn’t get abused by both sides.

Anything gets abused, a chair is meant to sit upon, however individuals see fit to use them as a weapon. Meanwhile a yo-yo was designed to be a weapon and is commonly used as a plaything. Let me know how that works.

There was an Ibis carrying 26bn of implants…that was fairly recent. I’d have lent him my 500K EHP fast align Eagle for a share of that.
