What Would a Safe Zone Actually Hurt?

EVE SAFEZONE…

  1. A collection of 10 new systems with total safety…BUT…
  2. A random chance of any ship entering/leaving SAFEZONE being destroyed on entry/exit, with the chance increasing the larger the ship is.
  3. Its own currency…which cannot be spent in the rest of EVE. Conversion of this currency to ISK would be heavily taxed. No reverse conversion of ISK to this currency.
  4. No multiboxing in SAFEZONE

I’m simply putting forward something that could possibly be built on. Not saying I agree with it or even find it necessary. And it would be heavily restricted…as in my example.

I was offering an already existing in-game ore that both in nature and lore completely fits the intended use and its users, as currency for such an area of space. :wink:

What about an anti-ore? You jettison it in an asteroid belt and it reacts with the asteroids and they explode.

Might as well just reintroduce space mines. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Space minefields would be ideal in Highsec.

I’ve suggested this several times in the form of another PVE server where new players can learn and get used to the game before they throw themselves into the meatgrinder… Lol…
