Then they killed my new playstyle when they nerfed salvage and mission baiting hard in 2009/2010.
Then they killed my next playstyle when they removed the watchlist so I couldn’t solo wardec anymore because some dudes in null were getting supers hunted.
But ccps BIGGEST KILL TO MY PLAYSTYLE WAS WHEN THEY WENT AGAINST HTFU AND REMOVED AWOXING AND PUT IN THE CORPORATION FRIENDLY FIRE SWITCH and defaulted it to ON.

Then they proceeded to nerf/remove “cillian playstyle after cillian playstyle”
I KNOW CCP HAS KILLED SOOOOO MANY OF YOUR PLAYSTYLES, SO WHEN DID THEY KILL YOURS?
but ye, most recently taking away interceptor nullification away from combat interceptors effectively making them useless, soon with the gates probably end up with all small gang content finally screwed.
I mean… giving you license to be a villain doesn’t mean they’re going to actively enable it. Just means they aren’t going to punish it.
All the playstyles you mention are akin to kicking retards in the heads and taking away their lollipops. Doesn’t exactly take a lot of skill. So no big loss in my books. To each their own, of course.
Me, I like to shoot people that shoot back. So I’m perfectly happy with Eve atm.
Then, they realized that literally every single person in this game thinks that they are the coldest hearted, steeliest-eyed, rattiest pirate in the galaxy, and that it wasn’t as much fun.
To put it another way, they realized that there was no way to compel people to login and be helpless sheep to be murdered for your amusement.
To put it even more simply… There are too many villains, and that makes it a little boring.
Also. I’m pretty sure that the whole “HTFU” thing goes both ways. Your victims have to harden the ■■■■ up when you attack them, and you need to harden the ■■■■ up when CCP changes things.
Wouldn’t say it totally killed my playstyle just took some fun out of it, was 2013 when changes were made to scanning of grav/radar etc sites as well as wormholes. The scanner and scanning changes while I did see some benefits for it, it seemed to kill the gameplay a bit for me.
The only legit removal of any playstyle of all those complaints is awoxing. And you could still do that if you were just the CEO.

You can still bait on missions
If you cant solo wardec without watchlist you are horrible.
If you are going to complain can you actually make a legit complaint? Complaining about things you can still do is just crying about some ■■■■■■■■.
Future prediction — After December you will complain you cant wardec anyone anymore and make some bull reason why because you are scared to attack someone who can attack back.
