It’s not new. It’s been there for a while now.

I guess that’s relative. I remember reading that item info at some point in time, and the small text was not there. So, for me it is new. I don’t know temporally when I last checked it, but apparently it was more than 5 years ago, re post @Malak_Starfire linked above.

So, yeah, it’s been proven it’s not a new thing. Still this is the first time I was made aware of it, so news to me.

Whether that description was there before or not doesn’t matter…

The issue is CCP constantly making in-game text font so small that players need to have a Magnifying Glass next to their computers just to play the game…
