Just an afterthought, if CCP replaced the useless 10% bonus to ECM activation cost with 4% (or even 8%) resists/level and added it to the widow as well then maybe T2 ECM ships could actually tank enough so that they don’t die as soon as they jam someone. They have garbage DPS, so they won’t be taking any roles away from HACs but they would have the EHP of a well fit HAC without the ADC
