Is there a reason New Eden (apparently) doesn’t have children? I’ve never seen any in-game, nor have I seen references to them.
Oh, there certainly are children and families in various chronicles. They don’t feature in the game much, because of the setting concentrates on independent capsuleer pilots, but they are in the background material.

Trillions of people in HS/LS Pretty much all backround characters as EVE focuses on capsuleer stuff in game.
